John Fordham

John is a widely experienced managing director and has extensive experience and success in large and small companies in sales, marketing, product development, general management, company turnarounds, and people motivation and leadership skills.

Experience and achievement includes, as MD, rapidly turning around a loss making manufacturing company into a top 15 in the UK, fastest growing engineering and manufacturing company, which supplies large Blue Chip companies.

Wide international experience  gained from working for large multinationals and also smaller companies; was instrumental board member and international marketing manager in growing a company internationally by 40% per annum for five years, and winning the Queens Award for Export.

Over the last few years John has helped Managing Director Owners improve their businesses in general management skills, accounting and performance measures, coaching, sales drives, marketing initiatives, and profit improvement activities.
